How to make an appointment?
Using our "Online booking”, after you have made an appointment for the airport transfer service, we will notify you of the successful appointment in the original communication channel. Follow up and inform the driver of the information from the day of departure to two days ago. For passengers who call to make an appointment, we will also ask you to join our official communication software for follow-up communication.
Is there an additional fee for canceling the airport transfer service?
Please notify us one day before the scheduled pick-up date.
How to modify the airport transfer reservation service?
If you want to modify your airport transfer service information, please notify us 12 hours in advance. You can use the official communication software to notify us, or call us to make adjustments.
What should I do if the passenger's flight is delayed or cancelled?
A: Get off or get on the bus at a specified time: 100 yuan will be charged for more than 20 minutes, and 10 yuan will be charged for every minute after that.
B: If the pick-up is more than 90 minutes after the flight lands, 200 yuan will be charged every 30 minutes (except for special circumstances)
Why does the company transfer fee exceed 100 yuan?
Because the driver will wait for you to leave customs according to the arrival time of your flight, it will take about 30-50 minutes. If the flight is early or delayed, you will wait for you to leave customs.

2. 因车型限制，每辆车最多只能配备两个（含）安全座椅（加大座垫）。如果您预订两个（含）安全座椅（增加的座垫），则需要指定一辆七人座汽车。
3. 如服务现场的人数和行李数量超过限制，影响安全运输或无法运输，客户必须自行处理。不会派遣或更换额外的车辆。请在旅行前考虑旅行的人数和行李数量，以免无法携带。
Is the website price the same as the actual price?
The quotation is based on fuel tolls, tolls, parking fees, drivers, etc., and no additional fees are charged.
Does the company provide safety seats?
Additional charges apply for safety seats:
Infant/toddler (0-4 years old) safety seat plus 200 yuan
Children (4~12 years old) heightening pad heightening pad plus 200 yuan
Due to model restrictions, each car is limited to a maximum of two (inclusive) safety seats (increased seat cushions). If you book two (inclusive) safety seats (increased seat cushions), you need to designate a seven-seater car.
Child safety seat service is not provided for the instant pick-up service.
Does the company provide receipts & invoices?
(Receipt) Pick it up with the driver before getting off the bus, there is no charge
(Invoice) An additional 5% fee is required, and it will be sent by the accountant uniformly.
Can you add some more?
When boarding a bus, you need to add multiple boarding points in the forward direction and charge a fee at your discretion. 100 yuan is added within 5 kilometers, 200 yuan is added for 5 to 10 kilometers, and so on.
If I return to Taiwan from abroad, how do I contact the airport shuttle driver?
Free WIFI is available at all airports. Please take the number on the door when you come out of the door after picking up your luggage. It will take a few minutes for the car to arrive for pick-up and drop-off️️OR the person who booked the car will call customer service to contact us.
How to pay for airport transfer?
When you arrive at your designated location, just give it to the driver before you get off the bus. If you need to pay the airport transfer fee first (help a friend pay. Commercial vehicles...etc.), we can provide you with a remittance account number so that you can pay in advance. Some vehicles accept credit card payment, so you must inform in advance that you must use a credit card when placing an order.Passengers from non-Taiwan regions must prepay part of the deposit to ensure their rights and protection.
